At Pemberly with the Darcy's and Bingley's
I have learned more about Miss Darcy ; she has a very good sense of humor and her manners are perfect and gentle. I did fear the appearance of Mr. Darcy but now I am pleased that he allowed us to tour his home. Miss Bingley is getting on my nerves because she was badmouthing me in front of others, as well as me. It felt good to know that Mr. Darcy would stand up for me. I guess I might have misjudged him a little.

ReplyDeleteJust so that you are aware, my sister is quite fond of you too. She thinks I picked a good woman to ask to marry and that it is regretable that you said no. I know you like my sister and maybe you will be able to see that the two of us really aren't that different. The truth is, we are one in the same.
